Vending available Sunday, September 21st – Sunday September 28th, 2025
(Set up available Saturday September 20th after 12:00 PM)
RESERVE EARLY – SPACE IS LIMITED. FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED
Vendor Table: $60.00 per day or $160.00 for the entire week!!! (Non- ESAA Members $200/week) – 1 8ft Table, 2 Chairs (Limited Electric Available for an additional $25)
BOOTH SPACE IS INDOORS LOCATED IN THE ATRIUM OF THE MARRIOTT RIGHT NEXT TO SHOW RING
Each Vendor is REQUIRED to donate ONE ITEM from their booth with a value of $50.00 or more for the ESAA raffle. Items will be collected by the Vendor Chairperson During set up.
